Abstract

It is generally accepted that Carbon Neutrality or Zero Carbon Emission must be one of the most important global issues. Nations including Rep. of Korea have been developing and reporting NDCs to meet the requirement of Paris Agreement.
Energy Crisis, however, in the UK and China from last September will give negative impact on the future of Zero Emission process. Energy shortage will change the attitude of the nations from harmonized approach for Carbon Neutrality to competition for fossil fuels. How to get the balance between carbon emission reduction and energy security should be addressed.
